The most current issues of The Evening Leader that have not yet been microfilmed are shelved in the magazine section to the left of the Local History Room. Gaps in our holdings are the result of a flood that damaged all known copies of the papers before they could be saved to microfilm.

*Vertical Files are a collection of various items which are not bound in a book. The vertical files are separated by various categories. Some examples of items collected in to the Local History Vertical Files are:
Newspaper Clippings, Pamphlets, Postcards, and Photographs.
