Focus on Food Preservation Series

The St. Marys Community Public Library will host an ongoing food preservation series in the library meeting room.

Registration is requested, seating and materials are limited.

The classes will be hosted by Courtney Simons, Associate Professor at Wright State University Lake Campus.

Friday, March 24th at 1:00 p.m.  How to Make Jams and Jellies

Friday, April 21st at 1:00 p.m.  How to safely can your own food

Friday, May 26th at 1:00 p.m.  How to preserve your garden produce using the dehydration technique

Friday, June 23rd at 1:00 p.m.  How to make your own bread using a bread machine
