The St. Marys Community Public Library is hosting Focus on Food a five-part series. The class will be held in the library meeting room on Tuesday, June 27th at 7:00 p.m. The class will focus on how to make bread in a bread machine. Attending patrons will learn hands-on how to use a bread machine to make different types of bread.
The class will be presented by Dr. Courtney Simons. Dr. Simons is an Associate Professor of Food Science at Wright State University Lake Campus. Before coming to the United States, Simons served for 12 years in various capacities including laboratory technician, food inspector, food safety consultant/trainer, and agro-processing instructor. Dr. Simons is excited to share his food science knowledge with the local community. Registration is appreciated.
