LIBRARY TO HOST ONE-HOUR BREAD CLASS
The St. Marys Community Public Library hosts a One-Hour Bread in the Bread Machine presentation.
Participants will learn how to make a loaf of bread in one-hour using a bread machine.
As the bread bakes, there will be a discussion on food safety while camping and a Q&A.
Registration is appreciated, so that we can make sure we have enough supplies.
The class will be presented by Dr. Courtney Simons.
Dr. Simons is an Associate Professor of Food Science at Wright State University Lake Campus. B
efore coming to the United States, Simons served for 12 years in various capacities including laboratory technician, food inspector, food safety consultant/trainer, and agro-processing instructor. Dr. Simons is excited to share his food science knowledge with the local community. Registration is appreciated.
