Following local, state, and federal directives and guidelines, the St. Marys Community Public Library will be offering limited curbside services to patrons beginning Thursday, May 7th during our normal hours.

Patrons may place specific item(s) requests using our online catalog (https://ohio.ent.sirsi.net/client/en_US/sma) or by calling the library at 419-394-7471. Make note when placing holds, that items from within our area libraries will arrive sooner as delivery services from outside of our area are currently suspended.

Patrons can schedule a time to pick up their holds and/or make general item requests by calling the St. Marys Community Public Library.

SMCPL library patrons can also use the electronic curbside service form available at smcpl.org/curbside.

In order to comply with state and federal guidelines, patrons are asked to use the library book drop to return all items. Additionally, patrons will be asked to remain in their vehicles and staff will place requested items, on the ground, in trunks or unoccupied back seats.

Staff will begin answering questions and taking requests via phone during regular library hours beginning Monday, May 4.

Patrons will also be able to pick up copies they have ordered from home and paid for using a credit card or PayPal through the Princh app on your device or from your computer at https://print.princh.com/. Need help printing visiting our website at

“In the coming days we hope to begin offering additional curbside services like Notary and Fax,” said library director, Morgan Paul.
