sewing pillowcase Q and A June 13 2022 post
Morgan Paul, director of the St. Marys Community Public Library, will be sharing her
love of sewing with interested participants in a free sewing class. Participants will learn to make
pretty French seam pillowcases on Monday, June 13, from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M. Participants should
bring their own portable sewing machine to the sessions if possible; if no portable machine is
available, please let the library know when registering for the classes.
Participants can also bring their questions for a sewing Q&A. Morgan will be ready to
answer questions about troubleshooting, caring for, maintaining, and using a sewing machine.
She will also answer questions about different projects like upcycle sewing and quilting.
The sewing class is free, but registration is necessary, and we will provide a list of
supplies needed to complete the project. The library will also have some of the supplies available
in a kit.
