Get more Ohio Digital Library checkouts starting December 1

If you’re among the many patrons who enjoy using the Ohio Digital Library, take note: beginning December 1, 2021, your checkout and hold limits are going to be raised. That’s right, instead of 10 checkouts at a time (excluding magazines) and 15 holds, patrons will be able to enjoy 20 checkouts at a time (again excluding magazines) and place holds on up to 30 items at a time.  Your limits will double!

Ebooks, digital audiobooks, digital magazines, and videos are available through Ohio Digital Library. Simply browse the catalog and place your holds using your library card. Many items are immediately available for downloading to your digital device. Others can be reserved by placing a hold on them. When they are available you will be notified that it’s ready for downloading. And if you don’t already have a library card, you can create an account online using your mobile phone number for digital checkouts only.
